Controversy Topic. MATURE CONTENT!
Irina Ionesco

Now with all of that said, I don’t believe that these photographs are at all bad. I could understand, but it is not child pornography. It is meant to be tasteful. If the saying “Beauty is the eye of the beholder” is true, than Irina really was the beholder of her daughters beauty. I could understand why she was her muss. Pornography is the explicit portrayal of sexual subject matter. I dont believe, although she does have photos completely nude, that they were pornography. Do to the fact, that there are no acts of sex or sexual content. Just a natural body and natural-born beauty.

I do not believe this is child pornography either. The images are very risqué, but also tasteful. I would never photograph this way, but that is just me. If that is the way the photographer wants the world to see her art and her child, that is her decision. I do understand why her daughter has sued her for emotional distress, though.
